Shipping policy

KAAFTAN will not accept any products back for change of mind. 
Our trading days are Monday to Friday. We endeavour to despatch all orders placed on a weekend on Monday's.

Shipping & Returns
All products sent within Australia are delivered by Australia Post or Sendle.
KAAFTAN will choose the most appropriate method for shipment depending on the weight of order.

All regular orders are shipped NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

If this does not suit you, you must contact us to arrange a different service, as KAAFTAN will not pay for returned freight due to failure to deliver.
You should expect your order within 2-7 working days depending on location.
A business day is Monday through to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

KAAFTAN takes no responsibility if delivery takes longer than the advertised time.
Where possible KAAFTAN will ship your orders with Australia Post.

All orders have a tracking number and this is automatically emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched.

For parcels up - 5kgs within Australia to Metro areas.
